How It Works

We offer a selection of RFTB approved homes, matched to your needs, lifestyle and budget.

Once you’ve chosen the right property:

• You exchange contracts and pay an initial part deposit of $10,000
• You move into your new home immediately
• Over the next six months, you continue making regular deposit payments
• Once your minimum 5% deposit is reached, you proceed to settlement

Here is an example of how it could work.

Purchase price: $600,000
Required 5% deposit: $30,000
Initial deposit paid at exchange: $10,000
Remaining deposit to save: $20,000 over the next six months
Weekly saving required: approximately $770 per week

And during that time, you are not paying rent, making it significantly easier to reach your deposit goal.
